Linda Barrett reports she is honored that in addition to being a finalist in the Holt Medallion, her book, The House on the Beach, has also finaled in the Write Touch Readers' Award, and the Award of Excellence.  She sends her thanks to the hard working contest coordinators and to the reader-judges.

Anna DeStefano recently received RT's award for Best Superromance of 2004. She also will present two workshops--Meet Your Characters, They're Your Story, and 
Learn to Rewrite, Why Finishing the Book is Just a Start--at this year's RWA National Conerence in Reno- July 27-31.

Lynnette Kent has just learned that Abby's Christmas is a finalist in the series romance category for the published Lorie award presented by From the Heart Romance Writers. 

Brenda Novak is pleased to announce that four of her books A Home of Her Own, Cold Feet, A Family of Her Own and "Small Packages" (a novella)  have finaled in the More Than Magic Contest. In addition, A Home of her Own is a finalist in the Wisconsin Romance Writer's Write Touch Reader's Contest and Cold Feet took first place in the Lories!

Debra Salonen has  just completed the “extras” for her upcoming Signature release.  First is Window to Yesterday (Oct 2005 Harlequin Signature Select Miniseries), which combines two full-length novels featuring two of Debra’s most beloved heroes in one volume.  Second is Betting on Grace (Nov 2005, Harlequin Signature Select Saga), which is Debra’s first single title release and the book that opens her “Sisters of the Silver Dollar” miniseries, coming from Harlequin American Romance in 2006.
