New Releases
Sweet Mercy by Jean Brashear, Harlequin Superromance, ISBN: 0373713398

Honey Creek Cottage is the house of Jezebel Hart's dreams--and the place of Gamble Smith's nightmares.  The place he built with his own hands, every stick and brick a testament to his love for the family he lost.  The place now in disrepair, its gardens tangled with loss and neglect, much like Gamble's heart.

He can't bear to live in it.  Yet he isn't ready to let go.  Not even to the vivacious Jezebel, who has put her volatile past behind her and wants to plant roots.  A woman whose sex-goddess looks, Gamble discovers, can't match her strength and compassion.

They come together out of mutual need but find mutual healing.  Except...she's hiding something that could shatter their fragile bond.

Back to Eden by Melinda Curtis, A Little Secret, Harlequin Superromance, ISBN: 0373713401

Where her heart is concerned, Rachel isn't about to take any risks

Pilot Rachel Quinlan is fearless fighting forest fires, but on the home front it's a different story.  She's still not completely over her crush on Cole Hudson, love of her sister Missy's life--and he left Eden eleven years ago.  Not that it matters, because now she has Missy's kids to raise and her family's failing business to run.  But that's before the past collides with the present--and an accident brings Cole to the rescue.

Rachel wants to know if what she feels for Cole is adolescent fantasy or adult attraction. But how can she spend time with him when she has so much to hide?

Not Without Cause by Kay David, The Operatives, Harlequin Superromance, ISBN:  037371338X

Meredith Santera is the leader of the Operatives, always putting the needs of others in front of her own.  And that means she chose the job over a relationship with Jack Haden.  Now her job is putting her in contact with Jack once again.  But this time they're on opposite sides.

To save a friend.  To protect a child.  To end an evil.  Most of us could not bring ourselves to do the unthinkable--even if it was for the greater good.  The Operatives do whatever it takes.  Because of them, we don't have to.

The Operatives: Sometimes the most dangerous people you know are the only ones you can trust.

Unexpected Complication by Amy Knupp, 9 Months Later, Harlequin Superromance, ISBN: 0373713428

This is not how she pictured her life...

Pregnant, single and no prospect for love. How's a globe-trotting freelance photographer like Carey Langford supposed to cope?  Well, love will just have to wait while she focuses on her baby and getting through this pregnancy alone.  But not completely alone.  Thank God for Devin Colyer, her best friend since high school.  And Devin's really trying to be there for Carey.  In fact, he just might be falling in love with his good buddy.  If only he could get past the fact that she's gotten herself pregnant by the man he hates most in the whole world.

Over His Head by Carolyn McSparren, Single Father, Harlequin Superromance, ISBN: 0373713436

This was supposed to be paradise...

That's why Tim Wainwright moved his three children to Williamston, Tennessee, population 123.  It was to be a refuge from the tragedy that had fractured their lives, a place where Tim could forget his mistakes.  That's what the place meant to Nancy Mayfield.  The veterinary technician thought she had finally achieved balance and peace in her life, and had put her past behind her.  Except no one and no place is perfect--not even Williamston.  But maybe two imperfect people make one whole lot of sense.
