I like to use the notepad feature on my phone. If it's a keeper, I e-mail it to myself and can cut and paste in my WIP. I tend to write too fast and can't decipher my own handwriting when I jot it down on paper.

I love notebooks. Have them all over the house, in my bag and nightstand. Don't have an orange one, though.If I don't write things down right away, I lose them - always convinced that lost idea was the best one I ever had
You can never have too many notebooks, whether they're paper or electronic. :)
Don't forget a pen to go with that notebook...
