"We're investigating reports of users not being able to comment on IE8/9 from the embedded form. We hope to have a fix out shortly, but in the meantime we encourage admins to switch to either the full-page or pop-up forms which should be working without issue.
Thanks for your patience, and we'll make sure to update this post as soon as we have more info."

Switching to "full-page" or "pop-up" as soon as I figure out how to do that. Please feel free to test here. Thanks for your patience.

Please try commenting now. Right now I have it on "full page" mode. If this doesn't work for most everyone I will try "pop-up" next.
Thanks again.
Hi Rogenna--This is a test, only a test. Do not attempt to adjust your television...Does anyone remember when TVs used to do that?
Testing. I also wanted to thank you for this blog. I'm sure it's a lot of work to administer, but I find something useful or entertaining every day.
Testing.
Jeannie--If I admit I know what you're talking about, that will mean I'm old. Therefore...no. Never heard it.
;-)
Ellen...I only know about the Emergency Broadcast System because I study the Golden Age of Television. Yeah, that's it. It wasn't like I lived though it or anything...
how did you switch to "Full page"?
I think it's working for me :) Thanks for doing your best to get us back on track, Ro.
I have not had trouble commenting here unlike trying to get into and onto the posts on the Harlequin site in general . I'm keeping all my body parts crossed that I will not have any problems here.
I don't remember that phrase from TV but we didn't have a TV at home while I was growing up. Guess that's why reading is still my major choice for entertainment.
Just testing, Rogenna.
Jeannie, I remember those TV tests. Gotta go. Time for my nap LOL
Ahhh, yes. I remember them too: “This is a test. For the next 60 seconds, this station will conduct a test of the Emergency
Broadcast System. BEEEEEEP!"
Time for my nap too....
We miss out on all the good stuff down here in Australia - no emergency tests on television down here. But hopefully this test will work...
LOL--leave it to this group to turn the test into something more :) Too funny about the emergency broadcast system.
Scarlet, you asked how did I switch to full page. From the dash board I went to settings, under settings I went to comments and under comments (aside from a whole list of other stuff) there are 3 comment settings to choose from, encyrpted, full page or pop-up.
The blogger folks said full page or pop-up should work. I never had any problem. But several people have mentioned having problems leaving comments lately.
Kristina you are welcome for this blog :) As you can see we have a lot of funny ladies to entertain us!
I remember those old TV tests. It sounded like something out of Twilight Zone. Freaked me out as a kid.
Ro,
It works. Thanks. Of course, I'm just testing.

I have some problems last week and did some work on my computer and was able to post. Had to delete all my cookies and such.
It works when the comment box is like this =)
I'll be delighted if this works. I use IE7 and have not been able to post a comment for a long time
Yay!!! I am so happy. It worked!!!
no problems here
Deleting the cookies to access eHarl messed up my Google acct so back to Anonymous

Dear Anonymous/Marcie,
When you sign in to Blogger, make sure that the "Stay signed in" box is NOT clicked on. Perhaps your blogger name will return then (as it did for me).
Using you guys as my test...
thanks Laney!
Marcie,
Whee hawwwww! I am SOOOOOO glad for you.
Welcome back!
